Hello There!

My name is Angelo Shi Domingo, and I’m an artist and family man. A large Puerto Rican family raised me in Lansingburgh, New York. My siblings and Afro-Latino heritage are the most important things in the world to me. They inspire me to strive for my dream of being a professional artist. Outside of the theater, you can find me watching theme park videos, playing video games, guitar, and reading.

My love for connecting with people and adventure fuels my drive to create art. Each story has its own adventure with its unique message. As artists, it is our job to tell them. Whether my work is funny, heartbreaking, or messy. I perform so that people walk away having learned something new about our world. A part of that is that there’s a lack of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ representation in the industry. Rarely did I ever get the chance to see people like me. I will show the next generation that we can be more than the comedic roles and stereotypes we’ve seen.
